Yoho!’s David Szumer trained in physical theatre and circus and was touring outback Australia teaching circus skills when he discovered the diabolo – and he set about manufacturing his own version back in 1990.

By 1996 the Yoho! diabolo craze had struck all over Australia with one in every 3rd household there owning at least one! By 2001, David had developed successful new products such as Spinstix and Twirling Poi and product development has continued at a steady pace since then. David also introduced the clever use of the CD Rom – there’s one included with every product - as a teaching aid and marketing tool.

Yoho Diabolo

Yoho reckons diabolos are just about the simplest spinning fun available. Never before could two sticks a piece of string and a round thing that looks like an hourglass open up so many possibilities. Your whole body gets involved when the diabolo is tossed, passed, bounced and spun around your body. Pass them to a friend, form a line and pass them on…..have a high toss tournament!

You can learn to spin a yoho diabolo in 5 minutes and throw and catch it in ten. From then on the sky is the limit. Diabolo tricks and routines are infinite in variety and complexity but even the simplest routine works well. Develop your style and get spinning. Diabolo length is 11cm.

Yoho makes juggling easy to learn, with bright coloured 65 grams neoprene balls, made specifically for younger hands. The bright coloured neoprene (wetsuit material), gives a quality feel that you won’t find in standard vinyl balls.

Yoho Lightwave Twirling Staff

Yoho Twirling Poi

Yoho’s new 3-in-1 Combination Poi is the ultimate in daytime poi fun. Extra long & bright dual colour poi tails, PLUS the speedy option of removing the tails and only using the fluro poi ball, OR, convert again into close body short poi for a new level of poi tricks. Yoho has created a durable Poi with a soft ball finish, cool led lights that change through a spectrum of colours where you have the option to lock in your favorite colour and twirl away.

These LED Poi are fun and fast. If you are new to twirling poi you might like to train up by putting the LED Poi ball into a Yoho standard Twirling Poi tail. This will slow it down and still give a good night time effect.

Yoho Skip'N'Tricks Team Rope

Everyone loves playing double dutch and at Yoho we just could not help ourselves either. From the youngest kids to grandmothers we all love to run in and do our best. We have made a special team rope that is covered with short segmented beads. The beads make a great clicking noise as they hit the ground which help kids counting out the beats and helps the jumpers keep the rhythm.
