Who Runs this
Store?
My name is Steve Thomson. I am a professional juggler
based in Stirling, Scotland. You can find out more

Why is this Store UK Only?
This shop is for Customers
living in the United Kingdom (Great Britain).
Please note that this store
will only honour purchases made using £'s
Sterling and to be shipped within the United Kingdom
only. All other purchases will be denied and you
may have to pay your own transaction charges.
The reason that this store is UK
only is that I have a big enough market to target
in the UK, and the store is continually growing
month on month, so I have no need to expand outwith
my expertise and capabilities! I want to concentrate
on marketing my store and building a customer base
in the UK, which is a market that I am familiar
with, having gained an Honours Degree (2:1) in Information
Management! Apologies if you live outwith the UK,
but please get in touch and I will try and find
you a juggling store near where you live! Everyone's
a winner!

How Much is
Postage and Packaging?
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
is £2.00 for orders up to £10, and £3.50
for orders above £10. I have tried to keep
the postage cost as low as possible over the years,
and many customers write to tell me that my low
postage costs is a major reason why they keep coming
back to purchase from this store!

Why is there no
VAT mentioned on this store?
No VAT is charged
on any orders, as I am not VAT registered.

Is there a Minimum Order I
can place?
There is no minimum order! Bear
in mind that if you ordered the cheapest item in
the store (40p small bouncy ball), that you would
be charged £2 for postage though, so you have
to weigh up the costs yourself and decided if it's
worthwhile to order a minimum amount or to purchase
a few items, as the postage would remain at £2
as long as your order stays under £10!

Why is there no colour choice?
While I aim to have all the stock
in plenty of supply, I don't carry enough of each
juggling product to be able to satisfy people's
colour preferences all of the time, and I don't
have a system in place which would automatically
list what colours of any props I have in stock at
any certain time! If you require a certain prop
in a certain colour, then please get in touch before
you place an order, and I can let you know what
colours of a prop I have in stock. Feel free to
state a colour choice preference on your shopping
cart, and I will do my best to match it, but I make
no promises!

How can I get
a bulk buy discount?
Contact me before placing any order,
and I can send you a Bulk Buy Discount sheet as
an e-mail attachment in MS Word format, which can
make you some good savings if you intend to spend
more than the average customer!

What are
your delivery terms?
DELIVERY
TERMS: All
orders are despatched by Royal Mail, and I tend
to send out orders at least 2-3 times per week.
The longest a parcel should take to arrive would
be within 2-5 working days from date of postage.
On the odd occasion where I need to buy in more
stock to fulfil an order, I will always try to notify
the customer so that they are kept fully informed,
so you will know when to expect your order and given
the option to cancel.
Please be aware that I am a performer
who travels all over the UK and Abroad, so if you
contact me and get no response, then it is always
worth trying my mobile number - 07792 012395.
If you require orders to be sent out immediately,
or by a specific deadline, PLEASE phone or e-mail
me first before going ahead with your order! I will
always notify customers at the top of the juggling
store (in a box above the links) on each page if
I am away for more than a few days, so it is also
worthwhile checking the top of any page (including
this page!)

What is your
Refund Policy?
If you have any problems with
your equipment when it arrives, please contact me
and I will try to arrange an immediate solution
to the problem. Of the few problems I have had over
the years, they have all been dealt with quickly
and with a satisfied customer who has usually went
on to recommend me to their friends! My aim is for
you to be completely satisfied with your purchase,
so if you are not, then please let me know...

How do I join
the Mailing List?
All the information you need about joining my mailing
list can be found on the Mailing
List info page, and you can also access the
previous e-mail newsletters from the archive at
the bottom of this page.

How Can I pay for my order?
Credit/Debit Cards (online
or by phone)
Each item on this site features
a button marked "Buy Now". Clicking
on the button will automatically add one of that
item to your order... you can alter the quantity
you'd like on the order form, then press the "recalculate"
button. Once you've added all the items you require,
click the "Payments" button on the order
form, and you will be guided through the payment
process on-screen. You can pay by credit card,
or direct from your PayPal account if you have
one.
You can view your shopping cart
at any time by clicking on the View Cart button
at the bottom of all product pages. Your
Bank Statement will show a debited amount from
"STEVEN THOMSON".
If you prefer to purchase
on the phone, then please phone 01786 811729,
and I can process your order online for you using
an online terminal. I do not collect or store
your payment details.

Paypal (shopping cart):
You can sign up to Paypal, and load
money from your bank account into your Paypal
account. This money can then be used at thousands
of online stores. Visit www.paypal.com
for more information. Paypal is now available
as a payment option on the shopping cart. At
the end of 2004, Paypal declared that there are
now 6.3 million PAYPAL accounts in the UK, that's
a tenth of the country's population. The figure
is reflected by PayPal's booming profits: £350
million pounds worth of goods were handled by
the service throughout 2004.

new account with Paypal incurs a $1.95 (approx.
£1.40) charge by Paypal (one-off fee).

Online Payment using NOCHEX:
You can pay on-line using Nochex.
NOCHEX is Europe's first service allowing
you to email money. Millions of pounds are sent
by NOCHEX every month and there are hundreds
of thousands of members. You can load money into
NOCHEX from your Bank account or receive
money from other NOCHEX users. Once there
is money in your NOCHEX account you can
send it to anyone with an email address. You can
withdraw your money from your NOCHEX account
into your Bank account at any time. It's as easy
as email! Just use the shopping cart to find all
the goods you need, and paste all the information
