| I
was asked by events organiser Sally McCallum
to come along to Camperdown park in Dundee
and keep the children entertained between
each of the races that were taking place.
Each race started on the hour every hour and
progressed from the smallest age group to
the largest.
To keep the children entertained, I performed
lots of juggling and also let them play with
my juggling equipment. I taught some of them
tricks especially plate spinning and stunt
stick work. For the younger children, I played
some games with them such as throwing the
juggling ring onto a post, or throwing a ball
through a ring (anything to keep them happy)!
The event raised up to £3000 for the
British Heart Foundation and is sure to generate
more interest for further events in the future! |
