How do I view products added to my cart?
Click on the view cart link at the top right of any page or view your basket contents at the top right of any page (other than the shop homepage) throughout the store. The View Cart link can also be found on the left hand shop menu.
Who Runs this Store? My name is Steve Thomson. I am a professional juggler based in Rushden, Northamptonshire. You can find out more about my juggling services by visiting the Juggler for Hire section on the left hand menu.
What are your delivery terms? All orders are despatched by Royal Mail (1st class) unless they weigh over 2kg in which case Royal Mail Parcelpost is used (allow 2-5 working days). I tend to send out orders at least 3-5 times per week (usually every weekday). The longest a parcel should take to arrive would be within 2-5 working days from date of postage. On the odd occasion where I need to buy in more stock to fulfil an order, I will always try to notify the customer so that they are kept fully informed, so you will know when to expect your order and given the option to cancel your order for a full refund. Make sure you therefore give your correct e-mail address!
Please be aware that I am a performer who travels all over the UK, so if you contact me and get no response, then please try my mobile number - 07792 012395. If you require orders to be sent out immediately, or by a specific deadline, PLEASE phone or e-mail me first before going ahead with your order!
Why have I received a username and password with my order?
When you place an order through the Jugglingworld store, you will automatically receive a login username and password. This enables you to rate and review any products throughout the store. It also means that if you login (bottom of the left hand menu) next time you visit, you won't need to fill in your address details as the shopping cart will remember you! If you can take a few minutes to review the products you have purchased, then this will help others to be even better informed when they are thinking of purchasing those items, so please help!
What is your Refund Policy? If you have any problems with your equipment when it arrives, please contact me and I will try to arrange an immediate solution to the problem. Of the few problems I have had over the years, they have all been dealt with quickly and with a satisfied customer who has usually went on to recommend me to their friends! My aim is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you are not, then please let me know and I will do my utmost best to rectify the situation. My Grandfather was a storekeeper for over 20yrs and he taught me that customer service is the most important thing to get right!
Why is this Store UK Only? Please note that this store will only honour purchases made using £'s Sterling and to be shipped within the United Kingdom only. All other purchases will be denied and refunded, and you may have to pay your own transaction charges. I want to concentrate on marketing my store and building a customer base in the UK. Apologies if you live outwith the UK, but please get in touch and I will try and find you a juggling store near where you live!
How Much is Postage and Packaging? P&P is £2.00 for orders up to £10, and £3.50 for orders above £10. I have tried to keep the postage cost as low as possible over the years, and many customers write to tell me that my low postage costs and easy to understand pricing policy is a major reason why they keep coming back to purchase from this store!
Why is there no VAT mentioned on this store? No VAT is charged on any orders, as I am not VAT registered. The requirement for being VAT registered is to have an annual turnover of approximately 64k, and I am nowhere near this amount... yet!
Why is there no colour choice? While I aim to have all the stock in plenty of supply, I don't carry enough of each juggling product to be able to satisfy people's colour preferences all of the time, and I don't have a system in place which would automatically list what colours of any props I have in stock at any certain time! If you require a certain prop in a certain colour, then please get in touch before you order, and I can let you know what colours of a prop I have in stock. I may even be able to order it in especially if I need to place an order with that particular supplier so it's worth asking! Feel free to state a colour choice preference in a message on your shopping cart, and I will do my best to match it, but I make no promises!
How can I get a bulk buy discount? Contact me before placing any order, and I can send you a Bulk Buy Discount sheet as an e-mail attachment in MS Word format, which can make you some good savings if you intend to spend more than the average customer!
What is your Privacy Policy regarding customers details? View privacy policy. In a nutshell, I would never give your details to any third party without prior consent being obtained from yourself! I am registered with the Data Protection Act.
How do I join the Mailing List? Simply go to the right hand menu on any page throughout the site (other than the main shop homepage) and you will see the Subscribe to Newsletter form. Input your name and e-mail address, hit the subscribe button and you will be my latest subscriber! A welcome e-mail will also arrive in your e-mail inbox so you can check that you have subscribed successfully. Please add my e-mail address

How Can I pay for my order?
Sage Pay/Protx (using credit / debit Card) PAYPAL Cheque Proforma
Credit/Debit Cards (online or by phone) / PAYPAL Each item on this site features a button marked "ADD TO CART". Clicking on the button will automatically add one of that item to your order... you can alter the quantity you'd like on the order form or using the quantity button. Once you've added all the items you require, click the "Payments" button on the order form, and you will be guided through the payment process on-screen. You can pay by credit/debit card or PAYPAL.
Your Bank Statement will show a debited amount from "STEVEN THOMSON". If you prefer to purchase on the phone, then please phone 01933 356364, and I can process your order online for you using an online terminal. I do not collect or store your payment details.
